The formal arraignment for accused killer Ray Tate of Hopkinsville Kentucky is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Wayne County Circuit Court. The former Lawrence County man is charged with multiple felony counts including First Degree Murder, Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon relating to the shooting death of Wayne County Sheriffs Deputy Sean Riley December 29th. He could face life in prison if found guilty of the charges. Tate still has 14 charges pending against him in Missouri in connection with the case.
