A Knox County Indiana man was seriously injured in an early morning accident Sunday here in Lawrence County. Illinois State Police report that around 5:20 a.m. a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt being driven by 23 year old Tyler Bolenbaugh of Vincennes was traveling west on Illinois Route 250 near the Club Kilroy Road. For an unknown reason, the vehicle veered off the right side of the road. It then became airborne over a drainage ditch, struck the west embankment of the ditch and then overturned. Bolenbaugh was airlifted from the scene to a regional hospital and was listed in serious condition. Investigation is continuing into the cause of the mishap.
