Lawrenceville Police have completed investigation into a single vehicle accident early Tuesday. Reports indicate that at around 2 a.m., a 2014 Ford being driven by Tyler Rubsam of Olney was traveling through the intersection of 15th Street and Collins Avenue when the vehicle ran off the roadway and into a rain water collector and an Ameren power pole. Authorities say that the Rubsam vehicle may have experienced a front end problem on rough road around that intersection that caused the mishap. Rubsam was not injured. His vehicle did suffer enough front end damage that it was towed from the accident scene. There were no tickets issued.
