Michael Andrew “Mike” Davis, age 66 of Lawrenceville, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 in Evansville, IN at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born January 4, 1956 to Robert and Lois (Allen) Davis.
He married Sara Beth Tatum, and she preceded him in death on January 14, 2018.
Mike was known for his dedication as a Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy for many years until his retirement.
He is survived by: his daughter- Elizabeth Kiser and husband Tyler of Lawrenceville: one sister- Peggy Davis Brookheart of Olney: four brothers- Brian Davis of Flora, Tom Davis and wife Beth of Hutsonville, Alan Davis of Greenfield, IN, and Joe Davis and wife Sandi of Castillian Springs, TN: and his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
A graveside service will be held at Billett Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, January 21, 2022. Visitation will be at the Cunningham Funeral Home in Bridgeport from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
