The Knox County Sheriffs Department arrested a local man on multiple charges in Oaktown Monday morning. Reports indicate that deputies took 25 year old Thomas Miller of Oaktown into custody. He has been preliminarily charged with Domestic Battery, Battery with Bodily Waste and Driving Without a Valid License. He was taken to the Knox County jail and was being held there on the charges without bond.
