meth-bust-1-2

A Lawrence County man has been federally indicted on meth charges. The U.S. Justice Department says that 51 year old Aaron Inboden of Lawrenceville was charged in a two count indictment with Conspiracy To Distribute Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver. The charges stem from an investigation of meth activity between 2018 and 2021 in neighboring Crawford County Illinois. If convicted, Inboden faces up to 15 years in prison. The investigation of Inboden was spearheaded by the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force, the U.S. Marshalls Service, the Lawrenceville and Robinson police departments and both the Lawrence and Crawford County States Attorney Offices.
