The Knox County Indiana Jail expansion project continues to move forward. The County Commissioners meeting this week in Vincennes did give their approval to the general layout plan. That move occured after a recommendation for the County Jail Committee. Cost estimates for the project are anticipated later this month. It is thought that if all goes well, bids could be accepted sometime early in 2022 with potential groundbreaking in the spring.
