Sullivan County Indiana authorities have released the name of a man killed and his passenger who was critically injured in a single vehicle accident Sunday northeast of Carlisle. 40 year old Jeremy Jewell of Carlisle died from injuries sustained in the crash and 22 year old Isaiah Jewell was seriously injured and is in critical condition at an Indianapolis hospital. Both were in a Toyota car which veered off a rural county road and struck a tree. Police are still looking into the cause of that fatal mishap.
