The City of Lawrenceville will take a hard look at upgrading and improving one of it’s main recreational facilities. The city council Wednesday night moved to bring in the firm of Burbach Aquatics to evaluate the city park pool. The antiquated facility will be studied and a report given to the city in the future on the ways and costs to modernize the pool and the facilities around it. The council also during it’s session approved the municipal water service connection fees ordinance. There were also discussions with a potential cafe-restaurant business developer on creating a location and renovating an existing building. Mayor David Courtney also announced that city wide leaf pickup will end on Monday November 29th.
