The Indiana State Police have announced that a suspect has now been arrested in the double murder of a southwestern Indiana couple. 28 year old Austin Kusterin of Mt Vernon Indiana was taken into custody without incident Tuesday night in Mt Vernon. He has been charged with two counts of Class A Indiana Felony Murder for the deaths of John and Elizabeth Hall. The couple were discovered deceased Saturday November 6th by family in their Mt Vernon home. Earlier this week, the deaths were ruled as homicides. Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing and Kusterin is being held without bond in the Posey County Indiana Jail.
