Lawrenceville Police are continuing to investigate a two vehicle hit and run incident Saturday evening. It occured around 6:30 p.m. on the frontage road between Walmart and McDonalds in west Lawrenceville. A SUV being driven by an unknown subject turned off of James Street onto the frontage road and hit a 2006 Pontiac being driven by Garrett Pesch in the drivers side. It then left the accident scene and drove through the parking lot before exiting eastbound onto West Haven Road. Pesch was not injured in the collision. His vehicle did incur drivers side damage but was able to be driven from the scene. Authorities report they are looking at business surveillance videos from the location to attempt to identify the vehicle and the driver.
