Lawrenceville Police investigated a two vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Porter Avenue and James Street. Just after 3:30 p.m, a 2017 Ford being driven by Makayla Kocher of rural Lawrenceville had initially stopped at the intersection and then proceeded through striking a westbound 2014 GMC Sierra Truck whose driver was Morgan Halter also of rural Lawrenceville. Neither driver nor passengers in both vehicles were hurt. Both vehicles were damaged but were able to be driven from the accident scene. After looking into the matter, authorities issued no citations.
