Friday is day three of the four day run of the 58th annual Lawrence County Fall Festival being held on the downtown Lawrence County Courthouse square in Lawrenceville. It is sponsored by the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. The entertainment scheduled for the afternoon beginning at 5 p.m. will feature the Lawrence Unit 20 bands-5th grade, Parkview and LHS along with the junior high color guard. The festival winds up Saturday with a concert featuring the band the Randys at 5 p.m. sponsored by Sparklight. It is also Fall Festival time in Monroe City Indiana in Knox County this weekend and it is a busy weekend also in Vincennes with the annual Lincoln High School Homecoming activities this weekend including the Alices hosting Castle in the football game at 6:30 p.m. EDT.
