The Vincennes City Board of Works and safety has approved renewal of the city’s workmans compensation insurance coverage at a reduction in price. Mayor Joe Yochum says the cost will be around $73,500. The mayor also told the board that the city is once again making application for grant money to repair and replace the windows at the police department headquarters. It will be the third time applying for funds in the last five years to try and complete the project.
