A southwestern Indiana man has been charged with a child sex crime. Indiana State Police report that a criminal investigation was undertaken after they received information that a male subject under the age of 14 had alledgely been fondled by 42 year old Philip Brundage of Haubstadt in the summer of 2018. The investigation was followed up by the issuance of an arrest warrant by the Gibson County Prosecutors Office for Brundage. He turned himself in at the Gibson County Jail Monday morning and was later released on bond on a charge of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Class 5 Level Indiana felony.
