There was a water rescue of a boater Sunday afternoon from the Wabash River near Vincennes. The Vincennes Fire Department responded to a report of a sinking boat around 4 p.m. EDT near the Red Skelton Bridge. Rescue personnel were able to bring a male subject to safety.
