The National League West Division leading San Francisco Giants finished off a weekend series sweep of the Chicago Cubs Sunday with a 6-5 victory at Wrigley Field. The win was the 6th in a row for San Francisco. The Cubs have Monday off before heading to Philadelphia to begin a three game set with the Phillies Tuesday at Citizens Bank Park.
