CUBS SNAP HOME LOSING SKID

Rafael Ortega blasted a two run walkoff homer in the bottom of the 9th inning Monday night at Wrigley Field to give the Chicago Cubs a 6-4 win over the Colorado Rockies in game 1 of their 3 game series. The come from behind win snapped the franchise record 13 game home losing streak at Wrigley.  Game two of the series is Tuesday night with Justin Steele (2-2) pitching for the Cubs and German Marquez (11-9) for the Rockies.
