The Lawrence Public Library Board of Trustees met Tuesday evening in regular session at the library in downtown Lawrenceville. They approved upon recommendation of the personnel committee employee and staff raises for fiscal year 2022. Also approved was the tenative fiscal year 2022 operating budget. It will be officially approved after public display for a month and following a public hearing in September. The board did enter into an executive session to deal with a personnel matter and emerged to approve the resignation of a staff custodian and a severance package for services rendered.
