The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Wednesday arrested 26 year old Dakota Koonce of Lawrenceville for Failure to Appear in Court. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there on a $3000 bond. Vincennes Indiana Police arrested 25 year old Gary Potter of Vincennes Wednesday night after an incident at a West New Albany Street location. He has been preliminarily charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement. No other arrest details were given. Potter was being held in the Knox County Indiana Jail on $4000 bond.
