109th District Republican State Representative Adam Niemerg was in Lawrence County recently to honor and recognize a southern Lawrence County woman. Alberta Andrews of St Francisville was the recipient of a certificate from the lawmaker in celebration of her 100th birthday in June. She was born in Mills Shoals back on June 10th of 1921. Andrews now lives with her son Curt in St Francisville.
