The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety Monday took three bids for work on the Pantheon Theatre under advisement for further study and review. The bids from Arc Construction, Danko Construction and Wolfe Construction are for exterior work and some interior work at the downtown facility. It is anticipated that a recommendation will be made to the Board next month and the contract awarded with work getting underway in late July or early August. Also during the session, the Board approved upon recommendation of City Engineer John Sprague the low bid of E and B Paving of approximately $615,300 for paving work in the city. They also approved the annual Red Skelton Festival Parade on Saturday July 17th as part of Skelton Weekend activities.
