The Red Hill Lady Track and Field Salukis finished 2nd with 80 points in the 18 team field of the Class 1a sectional meet Wednesday at Newton. The Lawrenceville Lady Indians were 16th in the team standings with 6 points. The host Newton Lady Eagles won the meet with 93 points while Robinson was 4th with 72.5 and Marshall 4th with 60. Katie Moore of the Lady Salukis had a solid day. She won the 300 meter hurdles and was 2nd in the 100 meter hurdles and 100 meter dash and 3rd in the 200 meter dash followed in 4th by teammate Austin Fisher. Kamee Lytle finished 3rd in the discus and Abigail Hasewinkle was 2nd in the long jump and triple jump. Alexia Petty of the Lady Indians was 3rd in the long jump. Hasewinkle along with teammates Madalynn Hulfachor, Austin Fisher and Lianna Hasewinkle finished 2nd in both the 4×200 and 4×100 meter relays. First and 2nd place finishers in all events along with those hitting qualifying standards adavance to the state meet.
