Another step has been made in the Knox County Indiana jail expansion project. County commissioners meeting Tuesday upon recommendation of their jail committee moved to hire Garmong Construction out of Terre Haute as the construction manager for the estimated $30 million dollar project. The firm was one of two which made proposals regarding the work. The next step is to enter into a contract with the company for it’s services.
