All federal, state, along with Lawrence and Knox county and city government offices will be closed on Monday May 31st for Memorial Day. Lawrence County will pause to honor it’s war dead at the traditional Memorial Day rememberence ceremony Monday at 11 a.m. at the Lawrenceville City Cemetery.
