Several winning performances led the Red Hill Junior High 7th grade girls track and field team to a 3rd place finish in the IESA Class 2A Sectional meet last Saturday in Tuscola. Effingham St Anthony won the meet with 118 points with Tuscola East Prairie 2nd with 67 points and RHJH 3rd with 65. Riley Moore was a double winner on the day in both the 100 meter dash and the 400 meter dash. Dalaney Smith captured the 100 meter hurdles and Caitlee Gray the high jump. The Miss Saluki 4 by 100 meter relay teams also won their event with Izabelle Eagleson and Ollie Fisher joining Moore and Gray in the winning effort.
