Dora May ‘Susie’ Hutchinson, age 67, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, May 04, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. She was born on April 26, 1954 in Robinson, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas Lyman and Dora May (Spencer) Littlejohn.

Susie worked as a CNA for many years. She was a member of the Lawrenceville Free Methodist Church. Her hobbies included crafting, painting, gardening, canning, and doing crossword puzzles.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Thomas Littlejohn; three sisters, Marjorie McKendree, Virginia Budd, and Laura York; and one grandson, Timothy Jordan Dakota Lowe.

Survivors include three children, Michelle Wilson and husband, Eric of Vincennes, Indiana, Jamie Brinkman and husband, Dan of St. Louis, Missouri, and Brittany Piper and husband, Jason of St. Louis, Missouri; four brothers, Teddy Littlejohn and wife, Karen of Paris, Illinois, Jimmy Littlejohn of St. Louis, Missouri, Don Littlejohn and wife, Carolyn of Paris, Illinois, and Sammy Littlejohn and wife, Rozettia of Princeton, Indiana; five sisters, Cora Richardson and husband, Edward of Lakeland, Florida, Polly Shaw and husband, Ron of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Doris Fitch of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Katie Smirnes of Vincennes, Indiana, and Georgia Cessna of Washington, Indiana; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 1:00 PM CDT at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois, and may be viewed with the following link: https://www.facebook.com/emmonsmaceysteffey. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM CDT at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
