It is now official. Red Hill High School will look to leave the Little Illini Conference in the future. The Unit #10 Board of Education formally voted 5-0 to send a letter to the league informing them of the move effective by the end of 2022. The vote came after extensive discussion in regard to what the move means for all RHHS athletics and in particular football. School athletic and administrative official had proposed a shift in conferences in athletics to gain competiveness in all sports and to enhance and protect player safety. Red Hill High School is already a member of the Little Okaw Valley Conference in all sports except football.
