The Lincoln Trail College Lady Softball Stateswomen split their doubleheader Thursday at Robinson with visiting Frontier College in Fairfield. Frontier won the 1st game 7-1. Jayley Akers walked and homered to drive in the lone LTC run. LTC rallied late to win game 2 6-5. Akers also went deep in that game, walked and scored twice. With the two homers, Akers has now hit 12 roundtrippers on the season.
