The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department arrested 30 year old Zachary Riggs of Sumner Wednesday. He was wanted for Failure to Appear in Court and also on a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine and Obstruction of Justice. Riggs was being held on $50,000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail. Lawrenceville Police arrested 35 year old Kiara Jones of Lawrenceville for Violation of an Order of Protection. She was being held pending the setting of bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
