The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 2,449 new coronavirus cases along with 14 more deaths this past weekend across the state. The latest Lawrence County Health Department case total remains at 2,437. There were no new cases reported in Knox County Sunday with the case total remaining at 3,615. The state of Illinois has now administered 6,290,822 vaccinations. The latest IDPH data shows that about 17% of the Lawrence County population has now been fully vaccinated.
