The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 1,220 new and probable cases of coronavirus across the state Monday with 22 additional deaths. The Lawrence County Health Department reported 2 new cases Monday with no new deaths. Knox County Indiana reported no new cases Monday with no deaths. Currently, the IDPH is reporting a total of 1,223,083 cases of the disease and 21,103 deaths across Illinois since the pandemic began. A total of 4,747,845 vaccines have now been administered in Illinois with over 41,300 people receiving doses Monday. The LCHD is holding a COVID-19 vaccination clinic Tuesday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at their main location on U.S. 50 west of Lawrenceville.
