A local man was seriously injured in a two vehicle accident west of St Francisville Sunday night. Illinois State Police report that at around 9:15 p.m. a 2003 Honda TRX 350 being ridden by 24 year old Richard Baxley of St Francisville was traveling east on County Road 150 north and crossed the center line in an attempt to turn onto County Road 1350 east and struck a westbound 2017 Buick whose driver was 18 Kyle Boughan headon. Baxley was flown to a regional hospital with life-threatening injuries while Boughan was not hurt. Authorities investigating the mishap did ticket Baxley for Driving While License Suspended, Improper Lane Usage and Operation of a Non-Highway Vehicle on a Roadway.
