The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday arrested 26 year old Dakota Koonce of Sumner on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and later released after posting $1500 bond. Sumner Police arrested 41 year old Jason Swain of Sumner for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released with a notice to appear.
