The Lincoln Trail College Softball Lady Stateswomen split in a doubleheader Wednesday against Triton College in Cocoa Beach Florida. Former Lady Indian Jayley Akers hit a three run homer for LTC in game 1 but they lost 6-5. She had a hit and scored the go ahead run in a 4-3 win in game 2. LTC finishes up their Florida trip with a doubleheader Thursday with Seminole State College.
