Lawrence County States Attorney Michael Strange has announced that 2 out of county subjects were sentenced to prison terms this week in Lawrence County Circuit Court. 37 year old Keinan Sanford of Menard Illinois pled guilty to Aggravated Battery, a Class 2 Illinois felony. He was given 42 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections to be followed by 2 years of mandatory supervised release. Trytton K.E. Jarvis of Olney pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Illinois felony. He was given 2 years in the D.O.C. to be followed by 1 year of mandatory supervised release. Both men must pay court assessments.
