Indiana State Police arrested 2 Chicago men on multiple weapons and drug charges early Thursday in Knox County. Troopers conducted a traffic violation stop on a 2015 Dodge being driven by 20 Johan Jean on U.S. 41 near Vincennes. After detecting the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, they searched the car and found oxycodone, unopened packs of marijuana, edible marijuana brownies and three handguns. Two of the guns were reported stolen from Evansville. Both Jean and a passenger, 23 year old Jicah Ajao-Salami were arrested and charged with Theft of a Firearm, Carrying a Handgun without a License, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both were being held in the Knox County Jail pending bond. Lawrenceville Police Wednesday arrested 52 year old Gregory Shoulders of Lawrenceville for Failure to Appear in Court. He was released on $1500 bond from the Lawrence County Jail.
