Vincennes Police say they are looking for a person of interest in connection with a shooting incident Sunday. James Birge is being sought in the case. He is being considered as armed and dangerous and should not be confronted. No other information regarding the alledged shooting has been released. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Birge is asked to contact the nearest law enforcement authority or the Vincennes Indiana Police Department
