The St Francisville City Council met in regular session Wednesday night and received the applications for new city employee. The applications were given to each alderman for study and review before making a decision on filling the position. No firm timetable has been set for the hiring. Approved was the $2800 estimated cost of removing 10 old trees located throughout the city and the newly revised city ordinance book. The city is still awaiting Enviornmental Protection Agency paperwork on the Well 11 project before the loan financing the work can be approved.
