The national Weather Service says that there is the possibility of mixed wintry precipitation across the WAKO listening area Wednesday night into Thursday. Early on, the precipitation is expected to be mainly rain then mix with sleet and some snow late with freezing rain possible early Thursday morning. The wintry mix will then transition back to rain later Thursday. The weather could impact travel across the region but it remains uncertain. Keep tuned to WAKO for any additional weather information.
