Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes man on multiple charges after a traffic stop over the weekend in Vincennes. A vehicle being driven by 29 year old Zackary Ball was pulled over on Willow Street near 6th for a defective headlight. Ball showed signs of impairment but refused to submit to a chemical test. He was discovered with various drugs and was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. He was also charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and booked into the Knox County Jail. The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Sunday arrested 30 year old Britnie Cox of Sumner for Probation Violation and Lawrenceville Police Sunday arrested 50 year old Celio De Olivera of Lawrenceville for Domestic Battery and 46 year old Jesse Cox for Intimidation. All three were being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
