The City of Vincennes announced Friday that the offices of Mayor, City Clerk Treasurer, City Inspector, Parks Department and City Engineer will be operating by appointment only until further notice. Anyone having business with those offices will have to make an appointment by phone. The Redevelopment Commission met Thursday and approved continued funding for the Lincoln Heights Subdivision project. The plans were shown for housing to be constructed on the property located on Hart Street Road near Vincennes Lincoln High School starting in 2021.
