Lawrenceville Police Wednesday arrested 18 year old Blace Bloebaum of Lawrenceville on a charge of Theft of Property over $500. he was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending the setting of bond. Vincennes Police made two seperate arrests Wednesday. 33 year old Jessica McCoy of Vincennes was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle and was charged with Auto Theft. She was being held in the Knox County Indiana Jail on a $5000 bond. 43 year old Richard Williams also of Vincennes was arrested at the Maple Park Apartment and charged with Trespassing. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic syringe. Williams was being held in the Knox County jail and was being held on $4000 bond.
