The scheduled pretrial hearing of an Evansville Indiana man accused of the murder of a Wayne County Illinois female in 2014 has been continued. 24 year old Brody Murbarger has plead not guilty to the charges against him including three counts of 1st degree murder in the death and disappearance of Megan Nichols. He was indicted by a grand jury and arrested last month. His hearing was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon in Wayne County Circuit Court but was rescheduled via ZOOM for Tuesday, December 8th due to COVID-19 restrictions in the 2nd Judicial Circuit.
