Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes is asking the Knox County and surrounding community to participate in a survey to gauge community perception of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the community and hospital responses. The COVID-19 Community Status Survey is meant to learn more about how the pandemic has affected the community in regards to personal behavior, activity engagement, health status and levels of concern about contracting the virus. GSH is offering a prize incentive to those who complete the survey. The survey deadline is Friday November 27th. The online survey link can be found on the hospital website homepage at gshvin.org.
