The process toward providing water and sewer service to the United Methodist Village Estates properties in south Lawrenceville is moving forward. The Lawrenceville City Council voted Thursday night for an ordinance setting up a residential surcharge for those services. The $18 per month fee will pay for maintenence of water and sewer to those locations over a 30 year period. The next step for the city is to recieve a completed sewer inspection report before additional action is taken in December.
