A southwestern Indiana woman was killed in a two vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon here in southeastern Illinois. State Police report that at about 1:20 p.m. a westbound 2010 Toyota being driven by 35 year old Jennifer Joyce Black of Evansville was traveling on U.S. 50 west of Clay City. For an unknown reason, Black veered across center and hit an eastbound 2005 semi-truck being driven by 63 year old Gary Mugrage of Cisne headon. Black died of injuries sustained in the mishap. Authorities are continuing to investigate.
