Authorities now say a fourth person has been charged in connection with the shooting death of an Olney man last month. Over the weekend, the Richland County States Attorney’s Office announced that 32 year old Dale Boatman Jr of Olney was arrested for three counts of First-Degree Murder by Accountability and one count of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder in the September 6th killing of Kyle Johnson in Olney. He is alledged to have discharged a firearm at Johnson causing his death and conspired with Tara Hawes and Rick Meador also of Olney in committing the killing. Boatman remains in custody in the Richland County Jail on $1 million bond. Hawes, Meador and a 16 year old female juvenile also of Olney have all be arrested and charged in the case.
