The Lawrenceville-Red Hill Golf Indians will have two players heading to sectional competition next week. Both Camren Ray and Garrett Hulfachor qualified as individuals at the Class 2A Regional tournament at Eagle Ridge Golf Course at Paris Tuesday. Ray finished 1 stroke behind medalist Meade Johnson of champion Mattoon with 78 while Hulfachor carded an 83. Both will be in the field for the Centralia Sectional on Tuesday October 13th. Mattoon won the tournament with a 330 total followed by host Paris with 348. Both will also advance to the sectional next week. Third was Mt Zion at 356 followed by Effingham at 357. The Indians shot 366 as a team and finished in 7th place in the 9 team field. Other Indian scores were Ethan Kelly at 102, Hayden Hesler and Alexis Wymer both with 103 and Jimmy Bible with 118.
