The Illinois State Police now say that a 16 year old female has been charged in connection with the murder of an Olney man last month. The female was taken into custody this week in Florida along with fugitive 18 year old Rick Meador. An arrest warrant for First Degree Murder by Accountability was issued for her by the Richland County States Attorneys Office. She remains held in the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Center in Crestview Florida awaiting extradition back to Illinois. The girl is the third person charged in the September 6th shooting death of 19 year old Kyle Johnson of Olney in Olney. Meador has been charged with First Degree Murder and 33 year old Tara Hawes also of Olney charged with First degree Murder by Accountability in the death.
